Right now, I feel unexpectedly light and really happy. I haven't felt like this in a really good time. There is this inner satisfaction. Maybe, it's due to me staying at home today and getting to do everything I planned. I started watching Adolescence too. I am pretty hyped to see a new Pope being elected- I feel like I am an expert in this matter considering how I have watched Conclave. Conclave was overall great. There is one scene in it that has a ironclad grip on me. It was nominated for an Oscar, and it might have won something too. Speaking of Oscars, The Apprentice is an absolute banger of a film. Jeremy Strong genuinely killed it with his performance. My current thoughts on Adolescence is that it's okay? Not something I am hooked to. I am probably going to watch Severance after this. I finished watched Succession in January, and I still think about it. I have certain dialogues memorized and I am addicted to specific edits. It's largely due to how it touches something intrinsic within me. I have been making these 15 minute videos recapping my day, and it's kinda validating to know that I haven't morphed into an empty shell. In last week’s newsletter, I did say my nostril was tender; it turned out, I had Cellulitis secondary to Vestibulitus and my head hurt, because I had Sinusitis. A new health issue has cropped up, due to which I had to take the day off today, but I'll manage. I wish Ali Tareen wasn't married. He's my favorite politician ever. I have taken the calendar out and have begun marking dates on it. My friend got married on this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So happy for her. I wore a Saree to both days I attended. I am thinking of purchasing another Saree, however I am stopped only by the thought that I would be splurging on something I don't really require currently. In the future, when I can afford it: I will buy a Cartier Tank. I am a huge fan of the Cartier Crash, I am only skeptical as to whether I'd be able to ever justify spending that much on a watch. I low-key would like to drink another cup of green tea now, because of how dry my throat is again. This week I was actually dabbling with the possibility of consulting a tarot card reader. Just to be informed, I asked one for her rates and she said 8000 rupees. Is it just me or did everybody expect it to be 500/1000? There is no way I am paying 8000 for that. Last week, I talked about a friend who I had planned to meet up. She didn't bail on me!!!!!! The Assistant Professor did take my cap though, which did make me freak out a bit, because the moment I went home, I started searching for new caps to buy. Thankfully, she returned it after two days. I have to wear my cap in the sun, because I need to preserve my skin wrinkle-free for as long as I can. Additionally, the rays goes into my eyes which make me squint. Honestly, I would rather stay inside then face the Sun.
